Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Deliveries within Germany:

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €2.95 per order.

Germany free shipping from a goods value of €30.
Austria free shipping from a goods value of €50.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge €7.99 for deliveries to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland , France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United KingdomFor delivery to all other countries we charge €13.99.

Shipping conditions:

Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries:
Andorra, Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia , Lithuania, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, San Marino, Czech Republic, Hungary, Vatican City, United Kingdom, Cyprus.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Shipping is not to the following foreign islands: Azores, Canary Islands, French Guiana, Guateloupe, Martinque, Mayotte, Reunion, Madeira

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than that offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You have received the goods immediately and in In any case, return or hand over to us at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
