Shipping to German islands is excluded.

No shipments are made to the following foreign islands: Azores, Canary Islands, French Guiana, Guateloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Madeira

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €2.95 per order. Shipping is free for orders worth €30 or more.

Delivery to Austria:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95. Shipping is free for orders worth €50 or more.

Deliveries abroad:

For deliveries to the following countries we charge €7.99:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

For delivery to all other countries we charge 29.95 €.

Please note that deliveries outside the EU may incur additional customs duties and taxes, which you will be responsible for.

Delivery times:

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
